Blog or Meat & Cheese Platter?

I couldn't think of a better gift to give my miniature longhaired dachshund Roo after nine years together than her very own dachsie blog! Now, of course, Roo has a very different view of my generous gift saying, if I really wanted to give her something she could make use of then I would have given her a meat & cheese platter. Anyway, the point of giving her a blog of her own is so she can stay in contact with all of her friends and family and keep them and anyone else who will listen up-to-date on life as she sees it. She may from time-to-time allow me to post on her blog as well. Anyone who is owned by a dachshund knows that they are generous to a fault. (Meaning; when they're tired of something, it's all yours, slobber and all.) I must admit Roo does tend to keep the keyboard rather tidy (furless) and there are less nose prints on the laptop screen now that she realizes she can't actually smell or eat the food she Googles! She eagerly awaits hearing from fellow dachsies and dachsie lovers alike. Roo is a dachsie afterall and therefore somewhat needy so don't be shy about visiting Dachshund Diaries often!
